For most is the weather which is totally different where we came from, Belgium 🤣. Beautiful weather. The appartement is in good location, near from everything. Walking distance to the park Maria Louisa, Plaza de spania, cathedral and to the City of Sevilla. For me , it is recommended 😄. The host of the apartment Jose is very friendly 🙂. The apartment has the facilities that mostly you need. Like washing machine, dishwasher, iron, oven, microwave, elevator and more. It is clean.

The light in the big room sometimes doesn't work. But the light in the entrance of the room always worked.

The property owner is amazing and very accommodating. his response time is excellent, always connected. the location is prime because you are in the middle of everything and just around ten minutes walk from the main attractions but still away enough from the crowds. the layout of the apartment is great and also the fact that’s located in the first floor which makes it very accessible. The layout of the property allows plenty of room if you’re traveling as a group. The parking space in the garage is very helpful when you’re renting a car.

The bedding needs improvement: pillows and mattress need to be replaced by more comfortable ones. Since we were staying only three days we didn’t want to spend much time sleeping. I wished the little time we slept it had been more comfortable to feel more rested.
