We love the location. So close to multiple restaurants right on the waterfront. Siri is right outside the door. The safe and secure location.

This place is worn out and has never been done up since contruction in the late 90s. Promoted as new which is a joke

Location excellent. Apartment needed cleaning. Kitchen very poorly equipped, oven not clean. Worn towels in bathroom. Overall not well maintained. Disappointing.

Cleaner better than basically equipped kitchen eg provide kitchen cloths, dish washing brush, small pan, small plates, bigger bowl for salad/fruit, a teapot, a coffee machine (had to ask for cafetière) better quality bath and hand towels (need more than 1 each for 6 day stay).

Location

It was very dirty and needs lots of maintenance. I have attached some photos which I took the time I entered. Mouldy shower, poor amenities, no toiletries or basic things provided. Didn’t even have enough towels and mugs and cutlery for everyone.

Sunny well appointed property in great location .

The location was 5 star and building awsome. Many awesome eateries down stairs of unit and you are so close to everything. Groceries within 5 mins walk, shopping, coffee shops, attractions ect. The harbour veiw was magnificent! Kitchen was functional and could self cater easily. Washing machine and dryer. Nice new looking comphy furniture and beds were fine. Pillows were very comphy and doona snuggly! Also the telescope was a nice touch.

Apartment mostly clean but in need of some matainence. Looked worn. Shower in bathroom full of mould that I could wipe off with my finger...so was not cleaned. Floor lifting at door to deck which we kept tripping over (just needs a bit of glue under it) deck mouldy and not well maintained. Kitchen bin trashed so could not use foot pedal. All just such small things that could be fixed easily and cheaply to make your stay more enjoyable. Limited stuff in kitchen meant washing up multipule times daily (not ideal when u r on holidays). Only two coffee mugs. Also an umbrella on deck would be helpful. The sun is intense (burns you quickly) on there most of the day and prevents you being able to use the area until late evening.
