El apartamento está bien y muy cuidado. La ubicación está bien

Buona posizione e facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi e piedi. Presenti tutti i servizi utili ad una famiglia.

Sarebbe bello ci fossero a disposizione condimenti da cucina utili per un pasto in casa se si hanno bambini piccoli.

We stayed as a family of five with three children and had a very good experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location within easy walking distance of the city centre, shops, and restaurants. Everything was straightforward from check-in to departure, and it worked well for our stay. Good value and practical base for exploring the area.

La struttura presenta una posizione ottimale per visitare a piedi la città. Ho riscontrato una buona pulizia e soprattutto la disponibilità di molti asciugamani (cosa che ho apprezzato). Dotato di ogni comfort compreso il bidet in bagno; non avendo utilizzato la cucina non posso commentare gli utensili messi a disposizione. Check-in rapido e preciso.

È presente una macchinetta del caffè ma non vi sono neanche due cialde di benvenuto così come una bottiglia d’acqua che sicuramente sarebbe stata gradita. In doccia vi è un unico prodotto per lavarsi, sarebbe stato ottimale averne uno per il corpo e uno per i capelli. Personalmente ritengo scomodo il phon che bisogna costantemente tenere premuto per potersi asciugare i capelli.

No está adaptado a movilidad reducida, no hay ascensor.

Location was good, relatively quiet, close to the old city. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary, and the fridge works fine, just like the microwave. We did not use the cooking range. The host was quite amenable and we got an hour extra to stay in the apartment before we left for the airport.

We arrived very late at night and we had to climb stairs with heavy luggage up to the third/fourth floor. It was not difficult to enter the building, despite the code, various locks, etc but we fumbled with the apartment key quite a bit as it wouldn't open. The only part of the apartment with view outside is the terrace. The rest of the apartment either has windows giving on walls or has no window at all. For someone claustrophobic it is not so great. Very small for persons traveling with big suitcases for which there is not much room to open. The closet in the bedroom cannot be used as it very close to the bed and you can't open the drawers or doors very well. There were ants in the bathroom, not an army but a few, especially at night.
