"Logement avec un bon rapport qualité prix !"

Logement bien équipé, proche du centre en ville (20 min à pied) dans la quartier de Triana, les commerces au pied de l'appartement. Quartier très agréable. Vue magnifique sur la cathédrale de Séville et autres monuments. La grande terrasse nous a permis de prendre un bon petit déjeuner et d'étendre notre linge (lave linge dans le logement). Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour garer notre véhicule.

La réparation du store de la salle pourrait être un plus (heureusement, il y avait des rideaux occultants). La douche meriterait d'avoir une porte coulissante pour éviter les projections.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso , perfetto per 4 persone. Molto pulito e confortevole. Situato in una zona molto tranquilla, con parcheggio gratuito in strada(con un pò di fortuna e pazienza si trova!). A 20 minuti circa a piedi dal centro (circa 2 km scarsi). A pochi minuti a piedi diversi supermercati e a 10 minuti circa dal mercato di Triana. Il proprietario molto gentile ci ha permesso di entrare nell'appartamento un po' prima dell'orario di check in, non è scontato. Il terrazzino è molto carino, noi lo abbiamo usato solo per stendere perché le temperature erano troppo alte per stare fuori! Abbiamo avuto un problema con la luce e lui ha risposto in pochissimo tempo. Tutto perfetto direi! Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Unico punto "negativo" , giusto per voler essere pignoli, gli asciugamani un pò piccoli e solo uno testa. Per noi non è stato un problema perché si asciugavano in 5 minuti!!! Ma in inverno potrebbe essere più scomodo.

Spacious and bright apartment with views to the Cathedral. Wonderful terrace with table and a lounge. Comfy beds, lots of space in the closet. All the necessary supplies are available in the kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment was quite cold. The warmth disappeared almost immediately after the air heaters were switched off. There was mold at the terrace door. The TV was quite outdated (no Netflix or YouTube available). The towels could have been bigger.
