Todo. Ubicación, conexión con el transporte público, atención por parte de la dueña y tranquilidad. Tuve un problema con el agua caliente y me lo solucionó enseguida. Totalmente recomendable!

"Disappointing and in need of renovation"

Location was good. Close to metro and bus stops. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby

Apartment was much smaller than the photos suggest. Not well maintained with outdated and dangerous wiring (air conditioning operates on thin lighting cable. Apartment was very basic with toilet and shower in the bedroom resulting in smells and steam as these are not enclosed. It has clearly either been inherited or bought cheaply as it is in a residential complex. Not disability friendly (as suggested in listing) as there are steps to access the apartment.
