PISO NUEVO EN TRIANA

Modern apartment in a good - but not central - neighborhood. Has all what you need to make a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well appointed and you can do laundry. Interaction with the owner was easy. Has a garage space, and this was one of the criteria of our selection. Tricky to park with our SUV, but we made it.

Need to give the passport information of all the travelers before getting the code to enter the apartment. Apparently this is a requirement of the authorities, but ... annoying to have to surrender your privacy and risk a leak of your personal information.

Very modern, near-new 3-bedroom apartment with a well stocked kitchen, very large dining/living room, ducted air conditioning with different zones and two bathrooms. Apartment was very large, artfully decorated with very comfortable sofas and beds. Kids enjoyed the pull-out quasi-bunk bed, and the block-out blinds were great at keeping out the sun for the mornings we slept in. Showers had hotel-style bath gel, shampoo, conditioner dispensers which were great, and plenty of towels. There is an underground car park with one car space; we parked our 2nd car on the street for 4 days with no issues. Very close to the Parque de los Principes metro line (<5 mins walk), with 2 stops getting you to Puerta Jerez. We received a good slab of welcome beers from the hosts which we very much appreciated. Would certainly stay again.

The apartment is superb. It is light, bright and airy. All rooms are a very good size and the kitchen was well equipped. In fact my husband said he could quite easily live in a place just like it. TRIANA is on the south of the river and whilst most of the tourist attractions are north of it the area itself has a large selection of bars and restaurants as well as the local market. It is a short walk to the river and the Hop on Hop off main bus stop is located just the other side. There is a small tapas bar just opposite the entrance to the property which is very friendly and the food is delicious and served promptly. We had driven up to Seville from the Algarve and the free underground car park was a great feature as parking space is at a premium and walking around the city is easy for those with normal mobility. We didn’t use the car for the 4 days of our stay but it was fantastic to know that it was securely locked away.

There was absolutely nothing to criticise. We would definitely use the apartment if we return to Seville which is a distinct possibility as it is a fantastic place to visit. I will be recommending both to friends and family.

It was a very well equipped apartment that had everything to enjoy our stay. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk across the bridge and all the sights were right there.

close to the touristic place. 10 minute distance. parking space in the garage as it is problematic to find a parking space. clean apartment fully equipped . the host answers immediately if any questions or remarks.

only to say something: you can hear the garage door opening while sleeping in the master bedroom. not annoying but bearable if you are a light sleeper.
