Awesome Penthouse

The location of this awesome penthouse is spot on, excellent area of good tapas bars, walking distance to all the sights. Excellent decoration and comfort- a quirky pad. We liked the duplex style which gave each couple privacy.

Do not stay at this accommodation if you’re not fit, many stairs/steps. We knew this and it wasn’t a problem. It can be noisy at times but that’s what you get staying intone best street in the city !

Perfectly located in the Old Town, this apartment has character, charm and comfort. Everything you need to explore & embrace beautiful Sevilla. The host was responsive & provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment as it is in a vibrant Cafe area which is festive during the day but quiet when the restaurants close. We enjoyed having space to relax as a family with the sounds & views of Sevilla from our doors, patio & upper terrace. The photos are accurate - yes, there are stairs but this is the joy of living in a historic building. We could not be happier with our choice of accommodation & it added a special touch to our stay in Sevilla.

Nothing - it was all good

Excellent, central location within walking distance of everything. The only public transport we took was a taxi from and to the airport. Also liked the roof terrace where we shared a bottle of wine overlooking the city with a great view of the cathedral. Loved the colourful and quirky decor in the apartment. Our host Maria was really helpful and although we couldn’t check in until 3pm, she let us drop our bags at 11.15am with the cleaner so we could go exploring.

Nothing significant enough to mention - all good…

We loved the apartment. Good quality fixtures and fittings, tastefully furnished. Tea and coffee provided. Excellent location! Just a few metres from the main square, restaurants galore in the street below. Easy walking distance to the cathedral and Alcazar.

We couldn't use the private balcony as there were no lights and only two chairs but it didn't bother us as the living room was very comfortable.

This was our first time in a penthouse, normally using hotels, and villas. The area was perfect, loved getting up and stepping out into the buzz of Seville everyday. We felt safe. The hop on hop off bus allowed us to select the areas we wanted to visit. Very nice and clean accommodation. It had all the facilities except a housekeeper to keep on top of things for those that think its standard. Communications were great, the keys waiting in a secure lock outside and the rest was up to us to figure out.

For us, it was home from home, not a penthouse, overpriced. The stairs were very steep and tight in places, not good for climbing with suitcases, you front door is in the middle of tables and chairs, you then climb one set of stairs and habe to open another door to your accommodation, as the penthouse is split into two separate accommodations, then climb another flight of stairs to the main living area, and another to the second bedroom and shared terrace. It needed a little maintenance in the bathroom, one of the steps leading up to the accommodation had a significant chunk broken away, could cut your legs. The sunbathing areas were tired and not private to you. You could see into other other bedroom built within the penthouse. Would be helpful to have some where to hang your towels to dry in the top bedroom and a make up mirror. Would have been nice to have milk, and water to make a drink after travelling. We've never seen a piggy bank next to what we thought were complimentary chocolate, nuts, wine and biscuits. We had been travelling since 2am and arrived at 11.30. We were able to drop our bags off, but then had to wait till 3pm to get into the accommodation because of cleaning, so plan your flights accordingly, a hotel would have allowed us their facilities, complimentary products would have been a gift, and the beds made .

This apartment is so nice. I wish we would have had more time to stay. Very nicely decorated and equipped. I mean, really nicely decorated. Great rooftop space and an absolutely fabulous restaurant right downstairs. Next time I’m in Seville, I hope this one will be available.
