Central location.

Contrary to the agreement from the previous day and confirmation only one hour earlier, we were made to wait on the street for 40 minutes in 38°C heat before being allowed into the apartment. Of course, the phone wasn't answered properly during that time either. I had to call eight times before someone finally picked up, promised to check and call back - what never happened.

- Small cozy apartment. - Staff - Alberto was very helpful, fast and quick check in. Any questions, Alberto was always available via whatsapp - Very central location, everything is just around the corner

- came to know after booking if we check in after midnight we needed to pay extra which we didnt know while bookinh. But anyway we checked in before midnight - house was having a bit of smell.. clean but somewhat smelly. - we booked in Easter period so it was very high price, which was not value for money

The apartment was very well placed for exploring the beautiful city of Seville. It was very clean with everything we could want for a short stay.

The apartment was ideal for our short stay in Seville. Nuria warmly welcomed us upon arrival, guided us to the apartment, and gave us a tour. She also shared fantastic recommendations for sights, activities, and dining spots. A nice bonus—the TV has been upgraded to a smart TV since the one shown in the photos, though we didn’t end up using it! The space was a great size for two people, with both AC and heating available if needed. The water was always hot, and the location couldn’t have been better. We didn't use the kitchen, there were too many great places to eat out! For the price, you can't go wrong.

The bed is on the smaller side, which wasn’t much of an issue for us as we’re both 5'6", though our feet nearly reached the end. Taller guests might find it less comfortable. The building had some noise, but it wasn’t overly disruptive.

Comfortable bed and spacious enough for 3 people.

We arrived at 7pm tired from our trip and the unit had to wait another hour for the cleaning to be completed.
