Gli occupanti devono essere o una famiglia o amici molto amici, perché di privacy nelle camere ce n'è veramente poca. Per andare in centro a piedi occorre circa 30 minuti.

La cafetera, no había papel del baño suficiente, ni cambio de sábanas, ni cambio de toallas…

The location was excellent for tourists in Seville. The area was filled with wonderful businesses and restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped in regard to the kitchen and bathroom. The heating systems worked well. The neighbors were friendly.

I am normally not so picky, but there were some issues. The apartment was not nearly as clean or elegant as the photos depict. The apartment walls and some of the furniture were worn or scuffed. There was minimal bedding available. The comforters were stained and did not feel clean; they also did not have duvet covers. In addition, one of the beds had a wobbly foundation. The hot water heat emitted an incredibly strong rotten egg/sulfur smell in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen door closed with a window open, because if we did not, the smell would fill the apartment.

Well appointed - a home-from-home. Clean. Good location: in walking distance to many touristic locations and close to bus stops. Owner was helpful and courteous.

No lift. Not a problem for us but could be an issue for others. The double bedroom is quiet. However, the second bedroom with 2 single beds overlooks the street with bars and restaurants, and gets a little noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Again, not an issue for us, but could be for others.

El alojamiento está bien, pero no tiene ascensor. La ubicación está muy bien, quizás un poquito ruidoso, pero el dpto es amplio. Tiene solo un baño pequeño pero bien. Cumple con lo descripto.

La única contra es que no tiene para dejar las valijas después del check out.

Localização. Próximo de um Carrefour Express, restaurantes e do centro.

Não tem elevador. O acesso é difícil para pessoas idosas ou com malas grandes.
