L’emplacement très central, l’équipement de l’appartement (café, huile et vinaigre, torchons, pastilles lave-vaisselle vaisselle, gel douche et shampooing, serviettes de toilettes), la décoration.

L’absence d’ascenseur, l’escalier étroit et très raide. La literie moyenne. Absence de miroir en pied. Banquette du salon et fauteuil peu confortables.

La ubicación y la limpieza. También poder disponer de 3 baños completos y la rápida y eficiente atención del personal al cargo en caso de necesitarlo.

Por decir algo el ruido del bar de enfrente (principalmente en víspera de festivo) pero unicamente en la habitacion que da a esa calle, las otra dos sin problema) El tamaño del ascensor que solo es para una maleta o una persona.

Great central location, spacious and clean. Situated in a lovely old building, right near restaurants, attractions and shops this is a great place to stay for experiencing Seville for a few days.

Being old the building is noisy, there is a bar opposite which can be very loud at the weekend and noise in other apartments travels to you. The sofa bed was not comfortable.

It was central in easy reach of taxis, shops & restaurants. The apartment was modern & clean close to a supermarket. As there were 3 of us we all had our own bathroom.

The one downside was the stairs which were steep we were on the second floor, the lift was small only one person at a time, we are in our late 60’s so not a problem for young ones. Unfortunately when we were there work in the basement, which we hadn’t been notified about, started at 7am in the morning on the Thursday but I notified the landlord & the Friday morning was quieter due to him sorting which we were very grateful for.

Great apartment with excellent location to the old town and many restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment had everything you needed and the host was very helpful

L'appartamento si trova in pieno centro di Siviglia a due passi da tutte le principali attrazioni. Molto curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutto ciò che necessita in una casa. La cosa che più mi ha colpito è stata la serietà e professionalità di chi gestisce l'appartamento. Per dei lavori interni all'edificio purtroppo per 3 mattine siamo state svegliati di buon ora, ma a seguito delle nostre lamentele, la struttura ci ha riconosciuto uno sconto. Grazie davvero per la vostra precisione

Le scale di accesso purtroppo sono molto ripide e strettissime, l'ascensore è utilizzabile da una sola persona
