Espacioso Duplex

Great host, excellent space, and centralized location that was easy to catch a bus anywhere. There was even a little restaurant in walking distance.

Everything was fine

Apartment was a good size, secure parking was provided and there was yoghurt, jam, bread, milk, milk & juice for us.

The noise of the highway was very loud, Two of my family were trapped in the elevator with 2 others & it travelled down to below the basement & needed a technician to release them. Signage states 6 persons but only safe for 2. Bus to Seville was good but takes 40 minutes. .

The apartment is in a very nice building that feels very secure and safe. Our car was in an underground parking lot and we never worried about it once. It is in a quiet location and the neighboring apartments seemed friendly and quiet. It is a 15-20 minute to the nearest metro (La Plata or Amata) but the walk is in nice neighborhoods. The apartment had some foods in the refrigerator (eggs, sliced turkey, shelf-stable milk, juice) and on the counter was a variety of little snack cakes. I very much appreciated the washer/dryer.

First thing, it was totally my fault, but I assumed there would be a restaurant or something nearby the location with wifi so I could Whatsapp Belen to get the keys. That was a mistake. We ended up keeping her waiting for over an hour while we tried to find wifi and ended up bumping into her after we dinged the apartment number. I felt terrible about it, so guys, make plans ahead of time. Again, that was on me. Belen was very accomodating.

For us, the location was perfect, 5 minute walk to our daughter's residence. Bus stops for the city centre were 2 minutes away with regular buses. The breakfast provide included fresh fruit, bread, eggs and yoghurt which were sufficient for us.

The living room air conditioning didn't work. It didn't affect us as the temperatures weren't that high. It will affect anybody using it in high summer though.

Spacious lounge/diner and kitchen. (Bedrooms on the small side) Good selection of breakfast items provided. Excellent meet & greet. Very helpful. Overall reasonable value

Location not the best (near to a very busy/noisy road). Previous visutors foodstuffs in freezer, perhaps ok for some, but not for us thanks! Apartment is a little tired and could do with a refresh and more maintenance. (Kitchen cupboard doors, shower hose etc) which is no doubt in hand, as owners seem eager to please. Will be a good apartment
