Great location, private parking, quite and easy access with the lock box. There are malls, restaurant and all needed services near the property.

We had problems with the quality of the cleaning. There were some minor missing stuff to make the stay more comfortable, for example trashcan in the bathroom, kitchen roll, tea towel, cereal bowl, toothbrush holder, etc. If they add these minor missing things and make the apt more equipped and they focus on cleaning more then it will be a great apartment.

We liked the whole apartment, it is really very nicely furnished on first impression. The apartment has a good location. It is about 4-5 minutes to the beach by car. It is 15 minutes on foot. There is also a supermarket and a restaurant about 5 minutes from the apartment.The accommodation is in a quiet location, but new apartments are currently being built right next to the property, so it is currently slightly busier.

We did not like that the kitchen had weaker equipment. For example, wine glasses, stamps, a can opener, a juicer and similar things are missing. I see the biggest negative in cleanliness. There were cobwebs on the walls, there was a stark from iqos in the bathroom under the wardrobe, dishes and glasses were dirty and from lipstick. Another minus was that there was only an empty bottle of detergent in the kitchen and no dishwashing liquid.Sorry, but cleanliness comes first. And another thing, why were the personal data of all guests on paper in the apartment? I don't think this is right. If you are checking in, leave the paper there only for new guests and not all the papers that contain the personal data of old guests as well. I recommend the apartment, but I hope that these things will improve.
