Будинок зручно розташований, легко добиратися до центру міста пішки. В середині він затишний та зручний. Усі меблі та побутова техніка присутня. Господарі охоче допомагають, коли є якісь запитання.

В одному з туалетів на вікнах не було матових плівок, а навпроти інші будинки.
