"Bright and well decorated flat"

Flat was lovely but the kitchen sink tap dripped. This was irritating at night when trying to sleep but other than that everything was perfect.

The Balcon flat had a well thought out, moden design and was clean and well organised.making you feel very welcoming when entering the flat. There was lots of handy information of favourite places to eat and visit, as well as a bottle of wine and yummy biscuits, on our arrival. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return

Beautiful, well equipped flat in a great location. Had everything we needed and more and was an easy walk to town. The wine and biscuits were a lovely thoughtful touch. Communication from the host was great. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

"Exceptional"

Great accomodation, spotless clean, everything provided that you could need for a stay. Free wi fi l,multi channel tv etc. 10-15 minute walk to beach, spar shop 5 mins away. Great communication, highly recomended.

"Would recommend and return in the future."

Parking adjacent to property, cleanliness, comfort and welcome supplies. Owner had excellent communications and responded quickly.

Had to telephone owner to find property location along long road as no house number, just name. Reversing out of parking was tricky. Landing light not working making access difficult in the dark - owner advised would check on next maintenance.

"Stylish flat with easy access to all amenities"

The balcony flat is stylish, comfortable and well equipped. The owner communicated everything clearly so finding and getting in with remote access was easy

The tap in the kitchen dripping although the owner had apologised in advance for this. Only a minor irritation otherwise everything was perfect.

"Lovely cosy flat."

We had a very lovely stay in the Balcony Flat. We found it very cosy (especially in Storm Bert). We will definitely want to stay again. The wine and biscuits were a lovely touch. Thank you for a lovely stay.
