"Großes Appartment in sehr guter Lage."

Schöne Villa mit großem Garten, sehr gute Lage - ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Genug Steckdosen, die schon mit Adaptern versehen sind. Großes bequemes Bett. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Parken vor dem Haus macht keine Probleme.

Im Prinzip ist alles vorhanden, aber eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit fehlt. Die beiden Stühle im Schlafzimmer sind völlig durchgesessen. Ausserdem wäre ein Tisch im Schlafzimmer hilfreich um etwas ablegen zu können. Im Badezimmer wären ein paar Haken für Handtücher zweckmäßig. Der Badewannen Zu-und Ausstieg zum Duschen ist für ältere Personen reichlich umbequem und rutschig.

La struttura è carina, comoda al centro con strada tranquilla dove si trova facilmente parcheggio. La signora Mariateresa molto simpatica, ci ha fatto assaggiare i suoi biscotti fatti in casa e coccolare i suoi fantastici micioni! Ho pure dimenticato la carta d'identità e gentilmente mi ha avvisato e mi farà la cortesia di spedirmela. Per un soggiorno a Sulmona lo consiglio senz'altro!

L’ambientazione in una villa d’epoca e la quiete assoluta

Personalmente nulla. L’assenza della colazione non lo rende propriamente un B&B ma questo non costituiva un problema per noi

Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile e ci è venuto incontro su tutto, aiutandoci e dandoci molti consigli. La struttura è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. La zona è tranquilla e si può parcheggiare gratuitamente e senza problemi in strada.
