Ja i momak smo došli u 14h i 30min, jer je ulazak moguć od 14h, rezervisali smo sobu br. 15, dobili karticu za ulazak, mi na vrata neki čovek iz sobe kaže zauzeto je, vratimo se na recepciju iznervirani radnik kaže produžili su izlazak iz sobe do 14h i daje nam drugu karticu za ulazak u sobu br. 31 koju nismo rezervisali. Uveče pitamo na recepciji da i mi produžimo boravak sutra dan do 14h jer smo preko noći bili u Hramu Svetog Save, čovek na recepciji kaže nije problem i zapiše narednoj smeni podsetnik, da bi nam kucali ujutru u 11:30 sa recepcije da nam kažu da moramo da napustimo sobu do 12h. Nikad više ne bih ušla u Ars "vilu" !!! Savet: Ne plaćajte dok Vam ne pokažu sobu!
