"Very very good hotel, clean, comfortable, good location, nice host."

The hotel is new, very clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The host is very very nice and helpful. The location is close to Solden and to Gurgel, very easy to reach the hotel with a car. Nice ski room. There is a free parking space. electric heating everywhere is very good. Wine, beer, coffee is on site for personal use (fair price). Good bread service. Good value for money.

No sauna, but it was expected for the price and pre-described.

"One word: FABULOUS!"

Very modern and cozy, exceptionally clean, efficient and stylish furnishings. Nothing was amiss. Very friendly hosts. Very roomy ski room with heating. Located right between the ski resorts of Sölden and Hochgurgl so you can get the best of both worlds. Our group of five had a terrific time! Consider us huge fans of Hochstatt Appartments - we’d love to visit again next season!

I don’t get the question. ;-) In all seriousness: We couldn’t possibly not like anything about Hochstatt Appartments.
