"great place for a big groups for a few days. You can definitely sleep decent."

I liked the river, it was super relaxing. We liked the TV and the fact that everyone had their own bedroom.

We had no toaster, and there was no oven. If you want to stay longer and like fresh baked rolls or tasted bread, you may miss it. A washing machine in the family apartment would be a huge help. Check out was early, 09:00am for a family is stressful. NO Ötztal card will be provided which was a HUGE loss.

"Quiet, clean and spacious place with very friendly owner"

Friendly owners couple, they waited for us to handle keys despite our flight being late and awful traffic on the way. Parking right in front of the property. Spacious and well equipped apartment.

No heaters to dry your clothes overnight.

"Apartment 5 is without windows"

Very nice service, good price.

Apartment 5 is in the basement, more or less without daylight, without windows. Just light tubes. I don't recommend that one.
