"Nicht von Bildern täuschen lassen - teuer und enttäuschend."

Die Lage ist gut. Die Bettwäsche war sauber. Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler.

Bilder zeigen nicht die Realität: in die Jahre gekommene Unterkunft. Am schlimmsten war der Gestank nach Kanalisation in den Schlafzimmern. Es war eiskalt und brauchte 24h, um überhaupt einigermaßen warm zu werden; ein Heizer war kaputt. Fenster sind teils undicht, Rost und Moder in der Whirlpool-Wanne, die Dusche haben wir gleich gar nicht benutzt, da die Griffe der Glastüren komplett korrodiert waren. Flurtür schließt nicht, Gesamtzustand von außen: Risse, mit Bauschaum (!) nutzlos versucht zu füllen, wirkt alt und schäbig. Extrem unfreundliche Person am Telefon, als wir 5 Minuten (!) nach Check Out Time wegen Wickeln des Kleinkinds noch im Apartment waren. Für Familien absolut ungeeignet. Stühle viel zu groß, keinerlei Mitdenken, dass auch Kinder dabei sein könnten. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft.

Lokacija. Abi Talino senamiesčio apžvalgos aikštelės už poros minučių kelio pėsčiomis. Iki pagrindinės aikštės 10 miničių pėsčiomis. Uždaras kiemas su parkavimo vieta. Apartamentai labai seni ir nusidėvėję, tačiau švara užtikrinama puikiai. Už tokią kainą tokioje vietoje čia labai geras variantas.

Tai yra labai labai senas pastatas, kuriame įrengti apartamentai. Viskas labai stipriai nudėvėta. Žmonėms, kurie nori jaukumo ir estetikos ši vieta nebus tinkama.

"Good value for money for those who want to get a good look at the main activities in Tallinn without emptying their wall"

The property was close to the main activities the city has to offer (being especially close to a really good lookout spot), with plenty of space inside for large groups that don’t mind sharing rooms. The shower, large bath and sauna was good too.

It was EXTREMELY cold and there was no way to activate it, also the toilet being old and thus you have to bin your toilet paper is a surprise that some people may want to know beforehand.
