DasHaus 2 bedroom Apartment

Booked 4D3N staycation for my family, based on the reviews here, but the apartment is quite dirty, stains everywhere - carpet, sofa, floors. We booked for 5 people for 4 days and there were not enough towels for all of us, additional the kitchen didn’t have not one towel nor kitchen paper. Used the oven to heat some food for my kid - again no oven mitten to take the food out of oven? The toilets had the cheapest toilet paper ever……??? Quite surprising for this type of apartment. Also not enough mugs for the family. Not sure who this place is intended to stay in - it is quite huge, but facilities are good enough for 2 pax only. We requested a baby cot, the cot was not set up at all and was chucked into the cupboard, also it was broken, very disappointing. The pillows on the beds are the cheapest again, completely flat, one would probably need to combine 2 pillows to get firmer support. The heating is non existent and faulty. This place will be absolutely freezing in the winter.

Big apartment, lots of light and great bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Nice terrace, easy access to room and garage. Really good instruction from the host. Enought toilet paper, trash bags and so on. Good kitchen ware expect the frying pans.

Small bedrooms even there was plenty of unused space. Shower and beds were not properly cleaned; linen, towels were changed and clean. There was only one good frying pan and it didnt function with the induction stove. Thing i missed most was blinding curtains. Dont get me wrong; without these these few downsides apartment was perfect for family stay.

There was a lot of room at the flat. Very quiet apartment with own parking place at carrage for free. Beds were excellent for me. No back pains. Hot tube were big bonus to us.

Cleaning wasn't good. Hair on billows, dust on top of the table. Only one key. There were only shower towels provided. No small towel for toilet to dry your hand. We ask advance one extra towels for baby and they promised to provide those to us. But we never get them.

Great location we had lovely walks to old town, shop not far, free parking provided, great communication with hosts, found everything we needed at apartment and even more, outside patio gives feel like you stay in a house with garden. Beautiful house

No shampoo provided.

Really big appartement, with an extra toilet. You can walk to the city easily.

Some (more) toys for children would be nice. And more towels - we had only one for every person.
