Sasa's House

Clean, comfortable, fully furnished a great apartment. Building is old but apartment have a great restoration. Perfect wi-fi connection. Close to the markets and old town. The owner's son Luka is great person he is very helpful. Deserves a solid 10!

Everything was perfect.

Very good location, very quiet, cozy place, ground floor, very comfortable bed, two ACs, clean shower, functioning washing mashine.

The floor UNDER the bed was EXTREMELY dusty.

Awesome location. Cozy street and lovely neighbours. Very high privacy, no one ever passes your doors/windows, even though the apartment is on ground level. Outdoor lighting in case you have to come back late. Private and spacious terrace. Very spacious and convenient apartment, good sound insulation. An oven, microwave and a considerably big fridge are certainly a plus. Friendly owner provided us useful information about money exchanges, nearby grocery shops, cafe and tourist attractions.

Wifi speed is average. There was no central heating (although AC can somewhat help with that). One of the bedside tables was a little greasy. But otherwise it is a great option.

The location, layout, and facilities make this a wonderful place to stay for couples and families. The Zeleni Venac market and transit hub is very close by, as are many shops and restaurants. The apartment was very well equipped with all of the kitchen equipment one might need. Even though you’re in the heart of the city, it’s tucked-away location made the apartment very quiet & comfortable.

Due to its tucked-away location, the view from the windows was of the wall of the next building. If a view is important to you, this might not be the place for you.

The location is excellent and all the necessary facilities are included.

The door locker is needed to be changed in my opinion.

I stayed 3 weeks + it was very convenient. Location close to everything in the city center. Central bus station Zeleny Venac and BAS station in a few minutes by walk. Several supermarkets close by walk. Apartments inside internal yard was quite silent all time. Kitchen equipped with necessary tools. 2 AC perform heating as well in the bedroom and kitchen you can survive in any weather conditions. The Lomina street cosy and without instant traffic. Washing machine works well. Also here Iron and vacuum cleaner. Sasa was supported white carton creation and helped me with any questions which appeared during my stay. He is super host! Internet worked stable and reliable.

I can list only small things here just for fun. If you need some funny picture from window it is not about, you will see the wall but you can find nice views outside of house easily. I missed appropriate cover for pan :) but I'm sure Sasa can fix it if you ask about. In the cooking area little bit dark to do something, only range hood add some light there.

Great central location, easy access to everywhere. Apartment well stocked with everything you need. Very secure. Definitely recommend this apartment and will gladly stay here again.
