المصعد قديم جدآ ، لا تستطيع فتح باب المصعد في الدور ال 12 يجب ان تصعد الى الدور ال 14 ثم تنزل الى الدور ال 12 يفتح باب المصعد ، إزعاج داخل الشقة بسبب قربه من الشارع الرئيسي صوت الترام عندما يتوقف وصوت بعض السيارات والدراجات النارية ليلآ نهارآ ، لا يوجد تكييف في غرفة النوم ، فقط في الصالة

1. Usa de la lift se deschidea greu la parter, iar la et 12 nu se deschide când vii de jos. Trebuie să urci la 14 și apoi să cobori. 2. Vasul de la toaleta nu se umple. Am folosit dușul pentru asta 3 Chiuveta de la baie are dimensiunile cât o carte mică. Abia te poți spăla pe mâini... 4 Am plătit 25 de euro o așa-zisa taxă de curățenie. La final am primit mesaj să spălăm vasele și să le așezăm la locul lor, să ducem gunoiul...

The apartment is nice and clean. I really like that at the balcony you can enjoy your meal and see the city. It was easy to enter the apartment, you simply recieve the passcode and use it, so you can chek-in without any problems. Also i like to draw and really appreciate that here is a desk and good light. There is a good washing machine, and kitchen is fully equiped with any kind of dishes, pan, coffee pot etc. Also it was pleasant to find that there is a tea and some spyces for cooking. Note! the apartment is on 12th floor, maybe people with fear of high or elevators should consider it. I am happy with our stay in the apartment!

It was a great location to the dentist we were visiting and at the same time we were continuing to work, inbetween visits to the dentist. The owner Joseph ensured that there was a computer screen for each of us which made a huge difference. There were 2 tables there to use for work in the lounge room and a separate table int he kitchen if we were both on business calls. So was a great work location with a great view from the 12th floor. Good transport links into Stari Grad and elsewhere. 2 supermarkets nearby and a large shopping centre 15 minute walk away. Bakery nearby 100m left on the main road is superb especially the burek sa sirom (cheese) and the pita
