Hermoso departamento frente al mar, Arena Plaza

The outside of the complex was very nice and well kept. Inside parking is available but spaces are very limited in size.

The unit had cockroaches and was sprayed when unit representatives were notified. The smell of the chemicals caused us to leave the unit for most of the day. There was a constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom that was not corrected by the unit representative. I understand that there was a daily power outage due to the limited amount of power available. The cockroaches and sewage smell from he bathroom is not a contributor to lack of power but basic maintenance. The basic cooking items were bare minimum and not in good standards. We had to purchase many other items so we could cook in the unit. This unit is for sale and it appear the owner is not replacing or repairing anything.
