Great location. Clean spacious apartment. 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfy beds with plenty of wardrobe space. Pool area was clean. Apartments secure and felt safe.

Key collection wasn't made clear in text message. The office they refer to is in Benidorm Old Town so when we arrived we had to get taxi to collect keys. Unable to access further messages as we had no WiFi. Very frustrating. There was an horrendous smell coming from the main bathroom which spoilt our stay. The smell made you feel physically sick. We reported it but they made an excuse saying it was to do with the rest of the building. The flush on the toilet was faulty they sent someone out quickly to fix it but the problem kept reoccurred. The wardrobe door came off the runner we reported it but fixed it ourselves this happened twice these are obviously a long standing issues. If these issues were fixed the apartment would be a perfect stay its a shame. Couldn't get hob to work, think it was locked. Had to request WIFI code and late message about where to leave keys. It would be helpful to have an instruction book or trouble shooting booklet. Have access to all information in advance. We had a great holiday, just tried to make the most of it.
