There wasnt much to like about the property

Everything the staff was really bad, you pay way too much for the place and its not worth it, cold showers after one person going in there there isn’t any hot water and theres plenty more to it all imma say i would never book it or recommend to anyone.

Easy checking in at the Perla .the staff were excellent with any queries we had .

Nothing, just no pool bar, but understandable why .the sunloungers could do with being updated

The apartment was clean and had the necessary amenities and a good size. Comfy beds. Good central location for the nightlife. Arrived to a locked gate so had to call about access, advised we had to collect keys from Hotel Perla around the corner which was fine and the receptionist spoke english and was pleasant to me.

I had to mop the bathroom after every shower as the water was pouring out everywhere so I dont know if its a drain or a seal problem but was annoying. The sofa isn't very comfortable. We had bad weather so was disappointed when the TV wasn't a smart TV to link up my netflix and the only english speaking channel I found was a music channel It was noisey, heavy doors banging at all hours, downside to being a central location near nightlife I guess but we weren't expecting the bar next door to be open til 7:30am! and every time a cleaner was in the surrounding rooms we could hear furniture being dragged around and could hear her singing. Even ear plugs didn't drown out the noise. Whilst at reception the 2nd receptionist was very rude to an elderly man who thought he'd booked a self catering room and ended up the hotel with no catering facilities basically told him to go away and speaking to his booker. Given they have self catering apartments that we were staying in and the hotel was probably more expensive I think she could have been more helpful with him.
