الموقع جميل لكن الفندق مهمل من الداخل يفقتد الى الكثير من الصيانة في المرافق والاثاث قديم ومستهلك،

المدير التركي لم يكن متعاون في التعامل يحمّل الضيف كامل المسؤولية، نوافذ الغرف كانت مفتوحة وروائح المطعم كانت داخل الغرف، نوافذ الغرف لا تغلق جيداً ويمكنك سماع صوت السيارات والشبابيك خطيرة على الاطفال، الغرف صغيرة نسيبيا، الاسرة ذات جودة متدنية، بعض مفاتيح الكهرباء كانت معطلة وخطرة على الاطفال، غرفة الجلوس اثاثها مستهلك جداً،
