Treviso City Town 2

Centrally located in the old city of Treviso, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Near to many cafes, restaurants, gelaterias and shops. Beautifully furnished and finish. Fully air conditioned that was really appreciated in this heat. Krisztina was super helpful and friendly. She greeted us on our arrival and helped us get a taxi back to the airport.

This apartment is perfect for a family of four, and so stylishly and thoughtfully designed & furnished. There was an attention to detail that demonstrates how the host really has the traveller’s needs in mind. The location, ease of entry, amenities, and level of comfort was excellent. Water pressure, bed comfort, kitchen, ac and bathrooms were all excellent. The host met us on arrival and is absolutely lovely, genuine, always on hand for any need or advice. Thank you, we will definitely choose this property again.

Nice apartment and well placed, but... VERY DANGEROUS FOR HEALTH!!! Be careful!!! BEDBUGS in both apart Treviso City Town 2 and 1 (see the pictures attached) The owner lies very nicely...

We found the BEDBUGS insects (wikipedia.org/wiki/Bed_bug )in this apart Treviso City Town 2, I sent pictures to the property, she came very fast to move us in Treviso City Town 1. She lied to us that the apartments were closed for dezinfection 5 days, she recognized the presence of BEDBUGS "in the past". In the evening we sent again the pictures with BEDBUGS from the "new apart" and the single proposal was to move back in the first apart. in the morning. We called Booking to claim this DANGEROUS HEALTY ISSUE, they wrote us to find another place for accomodation and they try to call the owner to refund me the money. I sent again a message on wap to the owner that we left the apart and she asked my IBAN account for refund.(744€/4nights+48€ cash for city tax)... We found and payed for another accomodation and at 9 PM moved all staf there. Unfortunately, next morning I received a message from property "No refund speak with booking" So, they are LIARS and THIEVES, they lied to me, they lied Booking, they stole from me almost 800€. They distroid our first day of holiday... and I spent a lot of time to try to recover my money. They have a high score on Booking because the apartment is nice and well placed, these BEDBUGS are very hard to discovered/see, I was "lucky", my son first saw such an insect on his cap during he was sitting on the sofa in the living room.

The location was perfect, the apartment comfortable, and clean. The host was very kind, willing to help, answer any questions and ready to accommodate our requests. I would definitely recommend this property! Thank you!
