"Nice value for money place, centrally location with an amazing host."

The location was perfect, everything was within the walking distance or via free bus ride with Konus card. The host was also amazing and supportive.

Zwei leistungsstarke Ventilatoren

Es war dreckig, man hat gemerkt dass schon länger nicht richtig geputzt wurde, Fernseher ging nicht, Fenster waren bei Ankunft offen und die ganze Wohnung hat nach Dönerbude gerochen. Zu aller Unverschämtheit wurde um ein freiwilliges Trinkgeld für die Putzfrau gebeten, die Einrichtung war alt und siffig, es gibt nur 4 betten und eine ausziehcouch wo ich aber nicht weiß wie da zwei Leute wirklich schlafen sollen. 6-22 Uhr extremer Straßenlärm. Ich rate jedem woanders zu übernachten. Der Preis ist eine riesige Unverschämtheit für diese Siffbude

"Great host with a perfect location"

Had a fantastic experience at QM Apartment. The location is one of its biggest strengths and the host is friendly, responsive and attentive. Communication was smooth from the begining and we appreciated the tips about the area, including nearby attractions and dining spots.

Отзывчивый и приятный хозяин, отличное расположение - музей, водопад, парковка, магазины. Мы предпочли оставить машину на платной парковке перед супермаркетом, потому что там есть охрана. От платной парковки до апартаментов пять минут пешком. В апартаментах было практически все необходимое (кроме, возможно, стиральной машины, она действительно не помешала бы). Я прочитала предыдущие отзывы, и хозяин явно поработал над тем, чтобы улучшить апартаменты: в ванной был коврик и достаточно туалетной бумаги и полотенец для семьи из четырех человек. Вцелом, все было нормально, для остановки на одну ночь вполне ОК. После уплаты регионального туристического налога мы получили тикет для бесплатного посещения водопада, музеев и проезда на ОТ. Это помогло существенно сэкономить на входных билетах.

Шум от дороги и легкий запах кебабной с первого этажа. В мае в апартаментах было достаточно прохладно, в наличии был обогреватель, но только в одной из комнат, а в ванной комнате было просто холодно. Комнатам и ванной не помешала бы профессиональная уборка.
