2 Rooms Apartment in Triberg

il divano letto no comodissimo, e ahimè la presenza di moquette in camera che per allergici seppur pulita la stanza ha creato problemi respiratori

Gute Lage, großzügige Räume, Parkplatz vor der Tür

Komischer Geruch im Treppenhaus und Wohnung, Backofen defekt, Fenster defekt (mit Klebeband abgeklebt) Stühle haben die besten Jahre schon hinter sich, Kaffemaschine sah nicht einladend aus

Für 2 Personen sehr großzügig geschnitten, zentrumsnah und ruhig gelegen, direkt am Wald. Nette Nachbarn (Mehrfamilienhaus).

Die Küche roch nach altem Zigarettenrauch, der Hausflur riecht im Erdgeschoss sehr unangenehm.

The apartment was a short walk to the waterfalls and the center of Triberg.

Everything else. The apartment building looks rough and unkept from the outside, and unfortunately it doesn't get better inside. I wish my biggest complaint was the outdated furniture as a lot of people are pointing out, but it's not. #1 Smoking. The entire apartment has a strong, putrid cigarette stench, but for some reason the smell is so much worse in the kitchen as if previous guests were smoking while cooking, like in a prison yard. Keep in mind, this apartment was advertised as having "smoke free" rooms. The smell of cigarettes got all over our clothes and luggage. It was disgusting. # 2 RATS The neighbors directly in front of the apartment left a trash bag outside their front door and as a result, a RAT was rummaging through it. We kindly asked them to remove the trash bag because a rat was eating through it. All they did was put that bag inside another bag and placed it one step above the floor. The next day, the bag was still there and guess who came back? The resident rat. It was rummaging through it again and looking for scraps. I notified the apartment manager and they told me they've "heard the rat story before" but it has "never been an issue" for them but that they would "take care of it." We were so disgusted with the smell, and rat combo that we decided to leave a day early and stay in an actual hotel with breakfast included and no rodents. #3 No Pets Funny how they don't allow pets, but are perfectly ok with having a rat live in the building as if it's paying rent. Nasty. Everybody but especially families with small children should stay as far away as possible. Spend your money elsewhere. It's worth spending more money for more comfort and cleanliness.

The apartment is on 3rd floor and there is no lift.

It is a big property for 2 people. We had a lot of space for our luggage. The kitchen was stocked with essentials as well which was a bonus for us breakfast cooks. Overall we were satisfied with the property.

Buena ubicacion, con facil aparcamiento, alojamiento limpio, camadas comodas. El anfitrion dejo documentacion de la zona, asi como subscripcion para utilizar el transporte publica de la zona para los dias que estuvimos alojados.

Estuvimos en Julio de 2023, la lavadora estaba estropeada, en el anuncio lo indicaba.

Die Wohnung ist attraktiv und in sehr guter Lage. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Reservierung war komplett unkompliziert. Das Bett war sehr bequem.

Die Küche war nicht so sauber, etwas hat gestunken.
