Appartamento carino e ben tenuto

Informazioni fuorvianti sul parcheggio. Non trovo corretto indicare presenza del parcheggio quando il parcheggio è in strada e non garantito o in un silos a pagamento a 500 metri. Inoltre il prezzo indicato per il costo del parcheggio è diverso da quello segnalato.

La ubicación es excelente. Fácil el acceso al edificio y al apartamento.

Todo el menaje muy básico, no hay microondas ni hornito, ni varios elementos importantes. Lámparas de mesa rotas. Ducha muy incomoda y pequeña. Falta decoración.

Super Lage, sehr schönes Apartment, sehr bequem und groß, gut ausgestattet mit eigener großer Küche und Kühlschrank. Viel Platz. Das Einzige, was negativ war, war ein bisschen Schimmel in der Dusche, daher 9,5 von 10 Punkten von mir.

"Zentral gelegenes Apartment"

Zentral gelegenes, recht geräumiges und modernes Apartment. Man kann eigentlich alles Sehenswerte und die Läden zu Fuß erreichen. Für Ausflüge z.B. zum Schloss Miramare (richtig schön) kann man den Bus (richtig voll) oder den Zug nehmen. Trotz EG direkt an der Strasse war es mit geschlossenen Fenstern angenehm ruhig. Klimaanlage in SZ und in WZ.

Keine Weingläser in Italien? Bettwäsche hatte uns gefehlt, um die Decke zu beziehen. Personal konnte uns aber welche geben bei Tourist-Tax Abholung. Die Pfanne war stark zerkratzt und es gab keinen backofen, das macht zusammen eine Selbstverpflegung und den Sinn eines Apartments kaputt.. Parksituation ist mit Auto mit Wert ein Fiebertraum! Beidseitig beparkte Sackgasse und keine Wendemöglichkeit. Viele Fahrzeuge sind schon beschädigt oder haben was gestriffen!

La posizione rispetto al centro storico e vicinanza ai servizi di trasporto pubblico. Parcheggio sulla strada abbastanza disponibile. Ampiezza più che sufficente della camera e del soggiorno.
