La casa molto spaziosa e comoda, il personale molto cordiale e reattivo. La vicinanza alla stazione la rende comodissima per chi ha bisogno di spostarsi nei dintorni con treno o bus.

Fredda e difficile da scaldare con i climatizzatori. L'acqua calda per la doccia durava poco. Infine, c'erano chiari segni di utilizzo da parte dell'ultimo visitatore (stoviglie ed elettrodomestici sporchi, segni sul piano cottura e tavolo) e polvere sui mobili.
