"Recommended for a short stay in Trieste"

Cozy apartment. The location is very convenient: 12-15 mins walk to Piazza Oberdan, less than 20 mins walk to Piazza Unità. I particularly liked the coffee machine and the large flat-screen TV. Very nice Bounty Pub is just around the corner. Marco (the host) replied promptly to a few questions I had.

There are no windows in the main room. Not a big deal for a short stay though.

"Ok for a short stay"

Location is really great, very central !

There was a particular mold / humidity smell in the property. The sofa bed was ok but not very comfortable, the mattress was a bit loud when sleeping and it was a bit curved (not entirely flat) what made sleeping uncomfortable. There were no sheets directly visible in the apartment, I had to look for them in the closet.

"Convenient and friendly"

The location is convenient. Easy to reach the railway station and all interesting sites. Historical churches, business street, the sea, etc. The host Marco is very friendly to let me check in early before noon because the former guest leave early. A wonderful choice. Maps provided.

"A great base for exploring Trieste"

Excellent location, and everything you could possibly need, including good WiFi , good lighting and a well equipped kitchen . Very close to supermarkets.Marco was very good at communicating with us, and arranging for us to gain access to the apartment.

There was nothing we didn't like, except there was very little natural light in the apartment (only windows in the bathroom)

"Exceptional"

Marco is a very warm and welcoming host. He gave us excellent recommendations on how to enjoy the city. The apartment is very well-equipped and made for you to feel comfortable and welcome. It is very close to all the main attractions, which you can easily reach by foot. And also, the coffee is GREAT.

Good to know that the sofa-bed is not incredibly comfy and the place is on the ground floor so not very bright. But still, incredible value for money and a very pleasant stay
