La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria e dei bus, a breve distanza a piedi dal centro e da un paio di supermercati. Ristrutturata da poco, al piano 4 con ascensore, ha una bella vista ed è silenziosa. Ha tutti gli accessori necessari alla funzionalità della cucina e del bagno. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile.

Una volta l'ascensore era stato lasciato aperto da un condomino sbadato. Questo però succede anche a casa mia.
