La posizione dell'appartamento è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro storico di Trieste ed il quartiere Teresiano, vicinanza anche a diversi servizi (ristoranti, supermercati, bar) e comoda fermata bus per arrivare al castello di Miramare. Il parcheggio è stato comunque abbastanza agevole proprio di fronte all'appartamento.

Il riscaldamento centralizzato con valvole termostatiche è stato acceso solo poche ore all'arrivo e poi pur regolando le valvole al massimo sempre spento. La dotazione di suppellettili (bicchieri, pentole, strofinacci) in cucina è carente e andrebbe aggiornata. Il forno elettrico, malgrado l'host si sia prodigato via chat a risolvere, non funzionava. Anche la pulizia dei cassetti e mobili in cucina lasciava a desiderare. Attenzione alla mancanza dell'ascensore per chi ha molti bagagli.

We were happy to see there was a washing machine therefore we were able to do our laundry. The place was neat and clean with everything you need to be comfortale, full kitchen and frige. It was very comfortable and quiet making it easy to sleep. There was also Air conditioning incase it would get hot. We only stayed one night because the next day we had to leave early for our cruise.

I was a little disapointed. Before arrival I mentioned through a text message that I was arriving with my wife and 11 year old daughter. I mentioned to the host if someone can meet us because I had no internet except where I can conect through wifi and would be arriving late in the evening on a Flixbus schedule. I was told not to worry and it was easy to find. When I arrived I realised everything was uphil and eventulay a local lady walking her dog volunteered to call the host and help lead us to the location to find no signage. They may want to at the least for at night put a signage that lights up indicating where the location is off the road. It was frustrating because I knew we were very close but we had luggage on wheels with back packs and it was very frustrating for my 11 year old daughter as she started to cry. We just arrived from a 7 hour bus ride from Munich, Germany. We wanted to arrive at the location, take a shower and get something to eat. I was more concerned for my 11 year old daughter and would have apreciated at the least if someone could have met us. I would have probably been willing to pay an extra tip if it was offered therefore things could have gone smoother as it was our first time to Trieste. My 11 year old daughter just as each of us had a carry on luggage with wheels and a back pack. It may also be a good idea to provide a bottle of drinking water for the guests upon arrival. Drinking water cost nothing and it could have a welcoming affect for guests to remember and maybey some Italian biscotis. Just a thought.

Lokacija odlična. Čisto, uredno, novo. Blizu željeznička i autobuska stanica Blizu centar i atraktivna mjesta. Blizu slastičara Zampolli sa izvanrednim sladoledom, blizu kafić Amore sa povoljnim cijenama. Odlično

Detalji nedostaju: Vješaonik, zakačke za peškire (kupatilo), ubrusi (kuhinja), koji peškir više, daska za peglanje, makaze ... Zaista sitnice, koje bi trebale dodati.

Ubicación muy cerca de la estacion de tren y autobús y otros transportes. Bien equipado. Cerca del centro . Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos a cualquier demanda o sugerencia. La relación calidad-precio es excelente

Nuestro apartamento era un poco pequeño y no tenía salón pero para estar unos pocos días es suficiente. Estaba en segunda planta sin ascensor
