Good location

We had a reservation for two and there was only one bed setting and one towel..... We've sent messages to the host regarding this and he never replied... Too expensive for what we encountered... bed sheets and towels are basic commodities and they were not provided....

The apartment was cute and spotless. The beds were comfortable. We loved the water pressure in the shower and that stuff worked generally. The location was also close to town. The hosts were available and accommodating with our bags our final day.

The check-in process had some rough spots since it was keyless and the code was different from the official communication. Not having reliable internet, I didn’t know they’d changed the code. Then the people in the other unit blocked access to our stairs to find our unit with all their shoes. It was like it was their house. They also made noise late at night moving furniture. Finally, we couldn’t reach the hosts during the holiday with answers to our questions/needs, our first full day there, so that was not helpful. Please make sure there are coffee filters if there’s a coffeemaker and the batteries work for the remote.

The room apartment includes a big bathroom with a washing machine, a nice small living room with controlable heating, a nice kitchen with oven, big fridge and microwave. The space is superb for the price, necessary equipments are there for use.

The apartment has always a fishy smell that I could not spot the origin. The owner did not solve the problem throughout my whole week staying. For single rooms, the bed is long but narrow and only one of the two beds is ready with bed covers, so putting two together is not an option. Only the heating in the living room is adjustable, and others were unadjustable, can be quite cold in some nights. The location of the apartment is on a hill, the nearest bus stop is ten minutes by walk in snow and city center twenty. This is not too bad, but can be challenging if you need to wake up earlier to reach some of the tour in the city center everyday or ending up late chasing Aurora. The apartment may look like an 8 on photo, but actually 7 for a reason.

For our group, there was enough room to spread out. The location to town was nice.

I wish they had provided a dustpan and broom not just a vacuum.

- location is very central (short distance to the center) - free parking - clean appartment (just cutlery was dirty)

- description did not say that the apartment for 2 is in the basement - unstable bed (when moving you had to be afriad that the bed will collapses) - no dining table and chairs available - poorly insulated (you could hear people from the first floor (talking, walking)

parking need urgent attention as very heavy solid ice 4-5cm or more built up, walking is just impossible ali most. car keep getting skidding. this is the only feedback hopefully they will fix it soon.
