El edificio estaba en obras, el apartamento es minúsculo, la cama está encajonada y solo se puede salir y entrar por uno de los dos lados.

Lovely people who own this answer any question you have second time I’ve stayed here now and would come back lovely little apartment just in a perfect location.

Building work is currently happening on the apartment outside for 2026 so can be noisy at times if ur in the apartment after 8am but this isn’t the fault of the owners in anyway as the works out their control but just bare it in mind for the foreseeable.

Good location 5 min walk from the beach. Dog friendly and good parking in underground car park 3 min walk away. Good comms regarding check in and parking

Currently in April 2026 the building facade is being renovated and due to continue all summer. We weren’t informed of this until after we paid . The 9th floor is current building site with no safety barriers to guard against a 30m fall.cannot be safe especially if you have kids. Had to dodge wheelbarrows and building supplies to get in and woken at 8 by construction outside the front door. Should be clearly indicated in the ad that this is the situation. Glad we only had one night here. Flat is smaller than the pictures suggest. The 40m2 that they say in the ad seems very generous. We were offered some money off a future trip but since we are not returning this was no compensation. I don’t write bad reviews generally but feel we were seriously missold on this occasion

NO RECOMENDADO: Edificio en obras He tenido la mala suerte de pasar mis vacaciones de Semana Santa en este edificio en obras. La anfitriona no avisó de las condiciones de obras en las que se encuentra el edificio, salvo por un mensaje escueto que mando la noche anterior (sin especificar la dimension de la obra). Ruido constante, de 8:00 am hasta las 18:00 pm además de polvo y escombros en todos los accesos ... imposible descansar. La piscina está llena de materiales de construcción y los ascensores están siendo utilizados para subir materiales, están muy sucios. El suelo de los pasillos está levantado y es un peligro para los huéspedes. Es increíble que se permita alquilar un lugar en estas condiciones. La seguridad de los huéspedes es un tema serio y a la entrada del edificio hay un cartel indicando la prohibición de acceso a personas ajenas a la obra por esta circunstancia. De no haber sido por esta circunstancia tan nefasta, el apartamento tiene buena ubicación y cuenta con plaza de garaje. No recomiendo este alojamiento hasta que no finalice la obra que según los operarios prevén después del verano. El apartamento esta bien conforme a lo que indican, si no fuera por la obra.

A little small and will soon need upgrading. Sofa bed wasn't too comfy but we were only staying one night so not a major issue
