ZACleanliness and the views
No Tv, bad attitude from the owner due to minor miscommunications,which made it difficult and uncomfortable for us to confront her when we needed assistance. and difficulties switching on the gas stove.

We had an issue with the gas stove, only one plate worked for a day, however I managed the following day.

The owner is a very dishonest and I suspect that she cheats her guests over claims of damages and or breakages. Last November she deducted R300 of the R1000 deposit. She said she found Lipstick marks on the bed cover. The funny part is that my partner doesn't use any lipstick. During this stay, sent a cropped photo of an old Pot lid, and a very old looking dish cloth, saying it was burnt by us. I asked her to send me a full clear photo so that I can see it, because I knew that we didn't burn anything. She dropped my call and blocked me on WhatsApp. I continued to send her SMSs demanding that she me the photos and she never did, instead, she sent all my R1000 deposit back without any further communication. I strongly believe that is how she makes extra cash on people. It makes me.wonder how many other people questions accusations about damages imposed on them.
ZAThe Management and staff knows how to treat their guests, they made sure everything was on point and they kept checking on us every day ( great service is on their DNA) me and my husband enjoyed our time the facilities are well looked after, my husband love fireplace and we enjoyed the fireplace as well.everything was perfect .

ZAForest View Cabins was amazing. The chalet was squeeky clean. Everything worked. When the power went off, Dayson came out the evening to switch to battery. Tracy was constantly in touch with instructions for access to the property and on leaving. Truly exquisite place, serene and quite. I will definitely be back.
