A localização e perto das melhores praias , perto de. Itaguá onde tem padaria , restaurantes....

Não ter cortina nas janelas , isso tira um pouco a liberdade pois tinha uma obra na frente do apartamento , e para melhorar acho que poderia ter tapetes ou mais panos de prato e chão .....
