O zelador do prédio é incrível, pessoa muito educada e prestativa. As instalações são boas, espaçosas, e estava tudo organizado e limpo A localização é ótima também, perto para ir a pé, e longe o suficiente para ter sossego a noite

Os colchões não são bons, isso prejudica um pouco o descanso, porém deu pra curtir muito bem.

Fomos em 3 casais e 3 crianças pequenas então, o tamanho do apartamento foi excelente para nós; Meu palpite é que atenderia pelo menos mais 1 casal e uma criança com tranquilidade porque o imóvel é enorme para um apartamento, tem uma varanda excelente e distribuição dos cômodos é ótima.

Infelizmente o ar condicionado de um dos quartos não estava funcionando corretamente e estava muito calor; então tivermos que improvisar com ventilador. Também ficamos alguns dias sem a senha do wi-fi, quando recebemos, não conseguimos conectar, informava "senha incorreta". O sinal de 5G era bom no local, então não fez muito falta.
