Location is good

The unit seem to be poorly maintained. Kitchen sink was blocked, when doing dishes in the one zink, the water bubbles up in the other, quite disgusting. The showers are full of mildew, so not properly scrubbed. The fan in the main bedroom does not work as their is no remote nor the cables to switch on or off.
