Not very clean Towels and apartment smells False advertising by stating there are lifts We had to walk up 3flights of stairs to get onto a cable cart transportation

Location very good

The monkeys are a nuisance, and for pensioners ,the many steps are a bit difficult.

The location,it located near beach, however if you don't have your own transport it so difficult to get bolt or drivers in that area

We got stuck in their lift, we pressed the alarm which they didn't hear, we tried calling the number on the lift the service provider said they are not servicing them anymore, and that is not updated on their lift,luckily we had our phones so we called receptionist who was assigned to us.The whole process took about 30-45 min

The cleanliness of the apartment, it's location, the friendliness of the gate guards and the helpful hosts.

That a R2 000 breakage deposit was not mentioned upon booking the apartment and that it took more than 5 days for it to be refunded
