The view and how close to the beach the property is

Having to walk a long way to exit or enter Matresses were too firm (not comfortable) The aircon did not heat up the apartment and its Winter, it only blew cold air even on the highest temperature settings

The place is soo clean and quiet..next to the clean and quite clean beach

Everything about the place it was 🥰 perfect

Everything was great just the aircon filter in the hallway needs to be cleaned

We loved the view, the apartment was cozy was just right for my family.

The monkeys 🤣 was the only issue for me they are too determined to get someting out of you.

Fantastic Location

Having stayed at many off the Cozumel rentals, this definitely lacked in a big way, dirty vents, outdated furniture, no towels, in the midst of winter, sheet thin duvet, that looked so old and rugged, patio furniture damaged, patio furniture as dining room furniture, I could literally go on. People spend alot of money, please unit 411, make it comfortable and welcoming for your guests. Pictures are certainly misleading.
