Stanovanje je v novejšem bloku z lepim razgledom na cerkev. Na voljo je tudi zasebno parkirišče, kar je velika prednost.

Stanovanje bi potrebovalo temeljitejše čiščenje, predvsem v kuhinji. Pohištvo je nekoliko dotrajano, pogrešali smo tudi jogi rjuhe. Nastanitev ima potencial, vendar bi bila dobrodošla večja skrb za čistočo in udobje gostov.
