Spacious, light and comfortable. Easy to access. Very clean throughout.

Reception were not very helpful when needed. At the bottom of the town so walking up into town was manageable but not ideal.

Blinds are useless. It was so bright I kept waking up. The pool wasn't working. The staff were miserable.

The room was clean, tidy, warm and spacious.

Didn't get any fresh towels during our 7 days. The beds weren't amazingly comfortable. The location could have been a bit closer to the slopes, but I can't complain.

Size of the rooms was great

No pool, no transfer bus to the slopes, reception staff are miserable, my bath leaked all week despite me asking every single day for them to look at it.

The room was quite nice

Swimming pool was not working, and it was not mentioned in the description. And the reason I booked this hotel in the first place was because there was a swimming pool, so it was quite disappointing.
