Il Loft di Guido

Nice flat, good location near the city center, private garage, and kind owner.

The loft is spacious, clean, it had everything you could possibly need. Garage was perfect. Location perfect. Host was kind and available.

Nothing, everything was just perfect.

Very friendly host, very neat and well organised house, all facilities needed for a family, quiet house and neighbourhood with bus route, and the outdoor pool was even within a walking distance

Not a smart TV to stream Netflix for kids

The location is excellent, in a nice neighborhood near the military post. It was too hot to walk into town, but I could easily do so. The apartment is large, lovely, and well equipped. Some nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge, coffee pods for the coffee maker, detergent for the wash machine - we didn't have to spend extra money for those things. Our host met us and was very friendly and showed us everything.

The air conditioning works well but is not optimally located. One unit is in the upstairs room, which has no furniture - it would be great if this were the living room. The second unit is in the hallway outside the bedrooms, so didn't really cool off the bedrooms. Luckily, it was cool at night, which cooled off the apartment. The only other negative was the requirement to leave the keys in the apartment after we self-checked out - we needed the keys to get out the front gate, so a logistical puzzle ensued. We ended up having one person return the keys upstairs and the other person hold the gate open so we could get out. It would be better to leave the keys in the mailbox outside the gate, I think.

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and a convenient 10 minute walk to the Olympic Theatre.

We were disappointed that our car with roof box was too tall to fit in the garage, although our host arranged for us to park for free on the street nearby. We found the multiple keys and fobs to get in and out of the property rather confusing.
