Labai netvarkingas butas. Lipšnios grindys, lemputės neveikiančios, indus ir įrankius reikėjo perplauti, visi paviršiai turėjo būti išnaujo pervalyti, nes labai lipšnūs. po radiatoriais dulkės ir net gumos gabaliukai. skalbimo mašina smirdėjo. Tad visas apsistojimas labai apkarto

Good location: not far away from the train/coach station, the old town, the business district: all can be reached either on foot or with public transport. Pleasant historic architecture around (although not the building where the property is located) and very beautiful parks nearby. No noise from the neighbours was detected during the nights.

Bedroom is a bit noisy (even with closed windows) because the window faces the street (the street is not busy, but rare vehicles can still be heard at night as the sound is reflected from the opposite buildings). Had to use the kitchen table for working with the laptop; would be nice if there were a separate table for such work in the living room.

Location is not bad.

The property was not cleaned before our arrival although the host claimed it was. It was obvious that someone had slept in the bed (I have taken the picture). There was garbage in the kitchen bin (also have a picture). Lot of things in the apartment are broken or not working (toilet , lamp beside the bed…). Generally, the apartment doesn’t look good or clean. We informed the host about this, but they didn’t respond.

Fabulous. Couldn’t fault it. 15 mins straight down the road to the old town.

Some mild communication failure about WHICH lock box (outside my apartment rather than the front door), but probably my fault.
