"A good size flat which needs a bit of improvement."

The location of the property was good and so was the size of the flat.

I would have scored a flat a lot higher if small changes had been in place. The facilities of the flat feel outdated. small changes like new cutlery (rather than some sort of version from 80s), plates, cups, white bed-linen (rather than coloured/flowery version), new towels would have made a stay a lot more enjoyable and comfortable. Also, the likes of bathroom and toilet doors did not close, therefore, in my view, staying with friends rather than family is not really an option. Small changes go a long way. Also, the box in which the keys were stored in seemed again "well-used". It took us more than 40min to get the keys out of the box upon the arrival. We had to giggle it a lot and that was super frustrating..
