#stayhere - Spacious Luxury Town Hall 3BDR Apartment

It was a convenient but quite noisy and awkward location.

It was not well maintained, especially evident based on the dislodging of the heating element steel rod collapse!!!

The property is a nice three bedroom apartment (although two rooms do not have doors). It is spacious and was originally well fitted out.

There was a lack of attention to detail. The crockery and kettle needed cleaning and the seat covers are dirty. There were several light bulbs that needed replacing. The shower needs fixing. There's an iron burn on a sofa that needs mending. The surfaces had not been properly dusted. There were messages about "hoping the stay was awesome" but a message about these issues was not answered until after we had left (so 2/3 days late). The property is on the fifth floor. Okay for us, but someone not mobile would struggle. Not sure this was made clear. Parking is described as "off road". It's very expensive. Housey sent an email link to a general parking app. They could have told us that instead of €3.50 an hour there is a car park 300m away (next to Tamsta shop) where the rate is €0.30 per hour (I found it on the last day).

Location Rooms Overall very good.

There is no lift but there are nearly 90 steps! It is very challenging especially if you have kids or elderly people. Smell comes out from shower pipes somtimes and its very intense needs checking.

Location is the best in Vilnius. Staff were very very friendly and easy to reach. Views from windows are unique and amazing!

Shower could be cleaner. The rails upstairs are only metal, there is a huge empty space where children could fall through. This could be mentioned in the description, as it is not suitable for young children.

Location was excellent, photos did accurately show all rooms. Furnishings were modern and well maintained. A/C worked well (we were there in July). Instructions on how to get to the apt that were emailed the day before rental were detailed and easy to follow.

Description neglected to mention that there are 4 1/2 flights of stairs to the apartment - a total of 89 stairs. Would have been nice to have a microwave. Blinds in two bedrooms did not work, so summer sun could not be blocked out when sleeping. No doors to two upper bedrooms, which was good for air circulation, but not good for privacy when changing clothes or sleeping.
