The location was great and very convenient, which is probably the main reason for the price.

However, there were a few issues with Apartment 1 that affected the stay. The door was very difficult to close properly — it had to be slammed several times before it could even be locked, which felt uncomfortable, especially with neighbors nearby. The chairs also seemed more decorative than functional, as they were very unstable and difficult to sit on. Noise insulation was another problem: neighbors could be heard clearly, and outside noise was quite noticeable as well.
