TOP located NEW Stylish apartment in Vilnius Old Town

Location, cleanliness, friendliness of the host.

Very stylish apartment, good TV with Netflix and accounts provided, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine all made us feel like home. Very warm and tasteful, very fast internet. Also the door lock is pretty cool.

Hard to find the apartment if you are checking in during evening when it's dark outside, as google showed the location to be a bit further away than it was. Also the entrance and common corridor to other apartments looks as if it is going to crumble any moment - but the apartment itself is great. To the hosts - you may want to screw in the bolts for the couch in the living room, it is a bit wobbly. Also the bedroom bed seems a bit worn out (I could feel a difference between lying on the left or right side in the quality of mattress), so this might be uncomfortable for someone.

Great propert, good location, good bathroom, good kitchen equipment, good service. Flawless stay. 10/10 would recommend

The only thing that’s good about this property is its location.

The quality of the apartment is nothing like in the pictures. First of all it’s really tiny compared to the pictures, especially the bedroom which is truly claustrophobic. The sofa in the living room is broken, and a part of it fell on my foot when I approached it. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom (old pipes I assume) and dirty dishes in the kitchen. The sheets were polyester and didn’t seem clean either, just like the towel hanging in the bathroom as if someone had just used it. There were holes on the chairs and sofa pillows, which is quite disgusting. The staircase to the apartment is literally falling apart. It is against any sanitary norms to rent an apartment in such building!

-Stylish design, fresh feeling in the apartment; -Very clean; -Smart TV with Netflix was a plus for us; -Easy to get into the apartment by ourselves.

-Don't know why, but the electricity went out and came back again after few minutes at least three times while we were watching a movie; -If you want to make coffee - it's for extra 1,50 EUR; -There was a specific scent from the toilet; -As you can see in the pictures stairwell is in a pretty bad condition, stairs were especially scary.

Entrance is dangerous, apartment is too small for the family (but would be enough for couple), microwave is missing.
